I came across Leon Trayvon Holton's case, and it really struck a chord with me. The fact that such a young life was taken in such a senseless way is beyond tragic. I can only imagine the pain his family and friends are going through right now. What really bothers me is the lack of progress in finding the shooter. It's frustrating to think that someone could commit such a horrific act and still be out there. I was wondering if any of you have heard about how community organizations are responding to this incident or if there's been any increase in police patrols in the East Pilsen area? I'm hoping that there are efforts to not only solve this tragic case but also prevent anything like this from happening again. Sending love and strength to everyone who knew Leon. His life mattered, and he deserves justice.
