Has anyone else been following the Zakeem Berry case in Kennesaw? I recently read about the community's reaction, and it's so moving to see how many lives he touched as a security guard. From what I've gathered, Berry was well-liked at Town Center Mall, and his co-workers seem really shaken by his death. It's devastating to lose someone so young and by violence of this nature. It strikes me how places that should feel safe, like a mall, can become scenes of such tragedy. I'm curious if anyone knows about any initiatives taken by the mall or the community since this happened. Have there been any memorials or safety measures put in place? It's painful thinking about how his family and coworkers are coping with this loss. I hope the investigation finds some answers, even if the immediate suspect is no longer alive. My thoughts are with Zakeem's family and everyone who knew him.
