Wow, this case really keeps me up at night. I was thinking about how Jones mentioned he wanted to do some traveling. It got me wondering if he had a specific destination in mind or if it was more of a spur-of-the-moment decision born out of that argument with his sister. I know it's been decades, but people in those tight-knit communities can often recall details that might seem insignificant at first. Did anyone from Moss Point or nearby towns see him or remember hearing anything around that time? Maybe he was hitchhiking or someone offered him a ride? Such a long time to have absolutely no solid leads... It's perplexing. If anyone has theories or even just gut feelings about where he might have gone, I'd love to hear them.
