Has anyone else been following the aspect of the witness who was in the apartment during Deontavious Wright's murder? I can't stop thinking about the trauma they must have endured. It's unimaginable to witness something so horrific and then have to relive it during the trial to help ensure justice is served. Such bravery in the face of adversity certainly deserves recognition. Their testimony was crucial in convicting Ivory, Rucker, and Simmons, and it's worth acknowledging the impact of their courage. I'm sure Wright's family is grateful for their role in bringing some closure, but I hope the witness has access to support and counseling after going through such a traumatic experience. Anyone have thoughts on how witnesses cope in situations like this?
