I’ve been thinking a lot about the folks who stayed at that hotel during the time of D'Andre Willis’s tragic death. Imagine the fear and uncertainty they must have felt when they realized what had happened right under their noses. It must have been incredibly unsettling, moving through the hallways or checking out, knowing a life had been taken there. Does anyone know if the hotel had its security procedures updated or changed in any way after this incident? It seems like a critical step, especially in helping patrons feel safe. It’s just so sad that it takes a tragedy for changes to happen. My heart goes out to those who knew and loved D'Andre. I hope the justice process continues smoothly for his family’s sake.
