Does anyone else find it incredibly frustrating how witness cooperation can make or break a case? I've been reading about William Cann's murder, and it's just so disheartening that even now, over a decade later, his family still doesn't have answers. It's like he was forgotten in the shuffle of all the crime during that time. I can't help but wonder if there are people out there who know something but are either scared or unwilling to come forward. It’s a chilling reminder of the many obstacles our justice system faces, especially in places like Baltimore around 2011. My heart really goes out to his family and friends. They deserve so much better than this endless waiting for justice.
