William Edward Cann

In the spring of 2011, a Baltimore neighborhood was shaken by a violent crime that cut a man's life short. William Cann, a 46-year-old Black male, was discovered the victim of a shooting in the 1700 block of Homestead Street. The incident, which occurred on or around April 22nd of that year, left him with fatal injuries.
