I've been following the Anthony Ray Washington case for a while now, and I can't stop thinking about how important community involvement is when it comes to solving cases like this. The fact that it's still unsolved is a stark reminder of the violence issues in Forestville. It must be so frustrating and painful for Anthony's family and friends not to have answers after all these years. What's really baffling to me is the location—being in a busy shopping center parking lot, you'd think there would be more witnesses. I hope someone remembers something, even if it seems small, and finds the courage to come forward. It's got to be weighing heavily on the community too, knowing that someone out there might hold the missing piece to this puzzle. My heart goes out to those affected by this tragedy, and I truly hope that justice for Anthony is on the horizon.
