Hey everyone, I've been following the Eddie Waters case for a while now, and something that really stands out to me is the locked-door situation. It's so puzzling to think how someone could have fired multiple shots into the house and yet managed to keep the front door locked. Did they shoot from a distance and never entered the home? Or could they have locked it behind them somehow?
Eddie was clearly a loved member of his neighborhood, often going out of his way to help others. I can't imagine what his family and friends are going through, grappling with such an unexpected loss and not having answers about who could have done this. It's frustrating to think about how a community that's otherwise so close-knit couldn't give any leads on what happened that night—everyone just describes how sudden it all was.
I'm really hoping someone comes forward with new information. If anyone remembers anything, even the smallest detail, please share it with the authorities. Eddie deserves justice, and his friends and family deserve closure.
