Luis Orlando Esparza, a 12-year-old boy from King City, California, tragically lost his life on January 6, 1990. The incident occurred at the family's mobile home on the Silva Ranch, located south of King City. On that fateful day, Ramon E. Rios, who was the foreman of a nearby ranch and the husband of Luis's mother, Concepcion Esparza, arrived home intoxicated after consuming a significant amount of alcohol.
