Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Zenon Jimenez Perez closely, and one thing that's really troubling is the broader issue of safety for cab drivers. Zenon was just out there doing his job, working hard like so many others, and ended up losing his life in such a tragic way. It makes me wonder about the safety measures in place for taxi drivers and if more could be done to protect people who provide such crucial services. Ride-sharing apps have added some features over the years, but what about traditional taxi services? Do they have panic buttons, GPS tracking, or other protections? This case really makes me think we need a bigger conversation about driver safety and preventing tragedies like this from happening again.
