Has anyone else been thinking about the role of their workplace in all of this? It's horrifying to consider that Tina and Charlie were colleagues at the Eastman Healthcare and Rehab facility. Knowing they worked together makes you wonder about the dynamics of their relationship and if any red flags were noticed by their coworkers. I can’t even begin to imagine what her colleagues must be going through, having lost a team member in such an awful way. I hope the facility is providing support to employees who were affected by the tragedy. It’s crucial for workplaces to be aware of and address any signs of domestic issues, especially since employees spend so much time together. Everyone deserves to feel safe and supported, both at work and at home. My heart goes out to Tina’s family and friends, and everyone involved in this nightmare. If anyone’s been in a similar situation or knows anything more about workplace policies regarding domestic violence, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
