What in the world was the motive? This doesn't make any sense. He was just doing his job and some guy comes in and kills him. Is this a person that was on his way to being a serial killer and got his kicks off doing something this heinous? Sick F#$%

Hey everyone,
I’ve been following Elijah Wood's case for a while, and something keeps sticking out to me. I've been thinking about the role technology played, especially the NIBIN system that linked the gun to another crime in Philadelphia. It’s incredible how advances in forensic technology can break cases wide open, even across state lines.
This kind of tech is a game-changer for the families waiting for answers. It’s reassuring to know that, even in such tragic situations, there's this intricate network working tirelessly behind the scenes. It gives some hope that other cases, seemingly going cold, might find new leads through similar tech innovations.
Sending lots of strength and love to Elijah’s family and the community. I hope justice continues to move forward and provides some semblance of peace. Feel free to share your thoughts or knowledge on how these forensic systems work, I'd love to learn more.
I’ve been following Elijah Wood’s case closely and something that stands out to me is how the final piece of the puzzle came together with NIBIN. It's incredible how technology can bridge gaps in investigations. I can't imagine the pain Elijah’s family went through during that year-long wait for answers, not knowing if justice would ever be served. The fact that a ballistic match could connect cases across state lines and lead to an arrest shows just how important these networks are. It's a relief to see law enforcement agencies working together like this, and I hope it brings some sense of peace to those who loved Elijah. Anyone else have thoughts on how tech like NIBIN is changing the landscape for solving crimes?
