I've been following the case of Shawn Passmore, and one thing that's been on my mind is the role of community involvement in solving crimes like this. The Savannah Police Department has been asking for help from the public, but it makes me wonder how many people might have seen something and are staying silent. I understand that fear and distrust can be huge barriers, but imagine if even one person came forward with crucial information. It could make all the difference. It's really sad to think about how Shawn's family is left waiting for answers while this case drags on. I hope people in the area will find it in their hearts to help bring some closure to Shawn's loved ones. How does the community trust in each other to do the right thing?
