I’ve been thinking about the messages that Enrique's mom received after he disappeared. It seems so suspicious to me that the texts didn’t match his usual style. I wonder if investigators were able to trace the phone's location when those texts were sent. I feel like that could have provided some crucial clues early on. Does anyone know if that was ever pursued in the investigation? Given how far technology has come, it's frustrating if this wasn’t fully looked into. Also, being able to examine the texting patterns could have provided more insight into whether or not Enrique sent them himself. It's these small missed details that make cases like this even more frustrating. Thoughts?
