I can't stop thinking about the heartbreaking loss of Amir Stepherson and little Martavious Carn. It’s been over seven years, and we still have no arrests in this case. I recently came across an old interview where Chief Williams mentioned that this wasn't a random attack—they believe it was related to a property dispute involving Amir. It's really unsettling to think that such an innocent child was caught up in something like this. What frustrates me is how many people might still have information but haven’t come forward. I understand it can be scary, but any piece of information could be crucial. Do any locals here remember if there was an increase in police presence or community meetings after the incident? I feel like sometimes these meetings reveal more about the community undercurrents that might not make it into official reports. My thoughts are with the families as they still search for answers. It's unimaginable what they're going through.
