Hey all, I've been following the Daniel Brooks case from 2015 and something keeps bothering me about the location where it happened. The 2700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue is known for its activity, and Red Fox Liquors isn't far from that. Does anyone in this forum have insights into whether that spot had a reputation for being unsafe, or if there were specific incidents in that area around the same time? I've heard that sometimes these places become unofficial gathering spots for disputes or crime-related activity. It's really quite concerning, considering Daniel didn’t seem to have any connections to crime himself. My heart goes out to his family, who must still be seeking justice and answers.
