Bernard Thomas Nelson, 58, was last seen on March 15, 2017, in Clarksville, Tennessee. Known to spend time on Madison Street and panhandle there, Nelson was homeless and described as partially blind and hard of hearing, disabilities that led authorities to classify him as an endangered missing person. His family reported him missing about a month after he was last seen.

Nelson’s physical description: between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall, 145 to 155 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. Distinguishing marks include a faded flower tattoo on his right forearm, a knife tattoo on his left forearm, and a partial amputation of his right middle finger. Investigators noted he had not collected disability benefits since his disappearance and checked shelters in Clarksville and Nashville and entered his information into a nationwide database, but leads have not located him.

Does anyone who knew Bernard, saw him on Madison Street in March 2017, or has any information about his whereabouts please come forward?
