I've been thinking a lot about the role of the community in cases like Toborrius Stevens' and Quincy Ratcliff's. It seems like one of those situations where everyone knew Snoop and Quincy in some way or another. They were a part of that fabric that holds towns like Fort Pierce together, you know? I'm still so stunned about what happened to Toborrius "Snoop" Stevens and Quincy Ratcliff that night. Something that's been on my mind is the fact that this happened right outside Bethany Court Apartments. It's such a busy area with people coming and going at all hours. It's baffling how this could happen without someone getting a good look at the person or people responsible.
I’ve heard that some residents reported hearing nearly 13 gunshots, which must have been terrifying. It really makes me wonder if there’s more information out there that hasn’t made it to the police yet. It feels like if someone saw or heard something specific, that could be the key to cracking this case wide open.
