I've been following Jim Stouffer's case pretty closely and I'm curious about the Hyundai Elantra that was found. Does anyone know if there was anything unusual about its state when it was discovered? From what I've read, it was just abandoned on that oil and gas road, but I can't help but wonder if there were any personal items left inside or if the car was damaged in any way. It seems strange for a car to just be left there without any signs leading to why or how it ended up in that spot. Hopefully, someone in the area can shed some light on this, or maybe there have been similar incidents in that region that might give us more context. Thoughts?
Has anyone looked into the timeline when Jim's car was found? It seems odd that it took almost three weeks for it to be discovered. Highway 575 is a pretty traveled route, especially by oil and gas workers. Did anyone see his Hyundai Elantra parked there before July 5th? I'm wondering if someone moved it there later or if it was somehow hidden from view initially. It's also curious to think about the logistics of him ending up out there if his plan for the day was just errands around Bloomfield. Any locals know how visible that spot was, or if it could be easily missed? Just trying to piece together how his car could've been sitting there unnoticed for so long.
Hey everyone, I’ve been following Lewis "Jim" Stouffer’s case for a while now, and I've been thinking about the laundromat he mentioned before he vanished. Has anyone been able to confirm if he actually made it there? It seems like a seemingly minor detail, but it could hold some significance. Maybe some witness at the laundromat saw him or even noticed something unusual? It just seems odd to me that there’s no mention of whether he completed any of the errands or if anyone saw him after dropping off his girlfriend. If there's anyone from the area on here, would love to hear if locals remember seeing anything around that time. Keeping my fingers crossed for any break in the case.
