Has anyone heard any updates on the Blue Martini case? It's been months now, and I can't even imagine the pain Arnold Person's family is going through, especially with all the legal uncertainties. What puzzles me is the aspect of self-defense involved here. I understand the right to defend oneself, but bringing a firearm to a nightclub seems excessive, especially for someone with a legal background like Andre Clark. Given his experience, you would think he'd resort to de-escalation tactics first. Can anyone shed light on how these self-defense claims are assessed when the accused is a former law enforcement officer? It just doesn't sit right with me, thinking about an unarmed man losing his life like that. Sending my thoughts to Arnold's loved ones during this ordeal.
