Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Dwayne Michael Hall and wanted to talk about something that's been on my mind. It seems like in so many of these cases, there's a reluctance or fear among witnesses to come forward, and it just makes me so sad thinking about how it impacts not only the investigation but also the victims' families. I'm sure they're desperate for answers and justice for Dwayne. I can't even imagine the frustrations investigators face when they hit a wall because folks are hesitant to talk due to fear or distrust in the system, especially in an area like Baltimore where crime rates are high. It seems like this cycle only makes the violence worse by letting perpetrators think they'll get away with it. I'm really hoping that by keeping these discussions alive and reminding people about Dwayne's case, maybe someone will finally feel empowered to step up and provide the information needed to bring those responsible to justice. Hearts go out to Dwayne’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
