Has anyone else heard the story about how Jack Murray was linked to the "Sunset Strip Killers"? I can't imagine the horror he must have felt when Carol Bundy confessed those horrific acts to him. It’s terrifying to think that just because he urged her to do the right thing, he became their next victim. It makes me wonder if he sensed something was off before that night. His bravery in wanting to go to the police cost him dearly, and it’s just so sad. Sending thoughts to his friends and family—what a tragic way to lose someone. I can’t fathom the fear in LA back then with folks like Bundy and Clark prowling around. Seems like anyone could end up a victim just for doing the right thing.
