Has anyone else wondered about the timeframe on the day of Jerry Stayner's murder? I find it really puzzling. Jerry was killed during his lunch break, which makes me think about how carefully this might have been planned. Not to mention that it happened mid-day when you’d expect neighbors to be home or someone out on the street who might have seen something. It's hard to believe no one noticed anything suspicious. The more I think about it, the more it feels like whoever was responsible knew his routine pretty well. Maybe someone who noticed he'd often come home for lunch? It's unsettling to think how calculated this seems, and yet, all these years later, we're still left with no answers. My heart goes out to his family. They deserve some closure after all these years. If anyone has any new insights or theories, it'd be great to hear your thoughts!

I came across an interesting detail while diving into the Stayner case files recently. It's about the timeline on the day Jerry was killed. We know he returned home for lunch around 1:20 p.m., but what's baffling is how quickly things transpired. His friend found him not too long after, with the front door left ajar, which seems a bit unusual. It's almost as if whoever was responsible made a hasty exit, or maybe didn't know someone would be coming by so soon. It makes me wonder if more could have been learned from neighbors or passers-by who might have noticed something out of the ordinary at that specific time. Heart goes out to Jerry's family and friends who've endured this uncertainty for so long. Knowing the broader tragic context of the Stayner family's story, it's even more painful to see there are still no definitive answers. Even after all these years, I hold onto hope that justice will eventually be found for Jerry.

Has anyone else been following the renewed discussion around the timeline of Jerry Stayner's murder? I find it puzzling how Cary Stayner was living with Jerry at the time, yet there's so little information connecting him to the murder. It seems odd given his later crimes. I can't help but wonder if there was some overlooked detail back in 1990 that could have changed the course of the investigation. Knowing that the victim's family has already endured so much with the tragedies involving both Jerry and Steven makes this even more frustrating. All the unsolved aspects of Jerry's case must be a constant burden for them. Keeping an eye on any updates, hoping one day there's a break that can give his family the closure they deserve. Does anyone know if there's been any talk of revisiting forensic evidence with modern technology? Seems like there could be potential there.
