Has anyone looked into the weather conditions on the morning David Kapule went missing? I’ve read that people with Alzheimer's might become disoriented or confused by changes in weather, and I’m wondering if something like this could’ve played a role in his disappearance. Especially if it was rainy or foggy, it might have made it more difficult for him to find his way back. I haven't been able to find any details about that October morning in 1999—maybe someone local remembers, or perhaps there's a way to access historical weather data for that day. It's a long shot, but at this point, every little detail could help piece together what happened.
