I came across Irving Serrano's case recently, and it's just so frustrating to see how these cases can stall without the necessary leads. What really strikes me is the description of the suspects—two guys with shaved heads in a white or grey car, yet somehow, we still don't know more about who they are. It's got to be unbelievably tough for Irving's family and friends every time they think about how close we might have been to finding these people. It's another reminder of how crucial community involvement is. If even one person who saw something small comes forward, it could make all the difference. We all need to stay alert and come together in these times to support families like Irving's.
