Just reading about Richard Alan Wurtz's case again, and I feel so terrible for his family. It must be incredibly difficult not knowing why the shooter hasn't been identified yet. It's been so long since that tragic day in 2014. I keep wondering if anyone who knew Richard or the people involved might have crucial information but is just too scared to come forward. I can only imagine the frustration of the investigators who need that one missing piece to the puzzle.
