I've been following the case of Chavin Lafonn Hannah closely and can't stop thinking about how his family's life must have been turned upside down. Losing someone in such a violent and senseless way is unimaginable, and I feel for his sister Kim and the rest of his family. It's shocking that nearly seven years have passed without any resolution or justice. What puzzles me about this case is the brazen nature of the attack. How does something like that happen in broad daylight? Was it a case of mistaken identity, or did the attackers know who they were targeting? I hope there are witnesses who might eventually come forward. Considering the heavy traffic and busy nature of the area, someone must have seen something or maybe even caught it on camera.
