Chavin Lafonn Hannah, a 46-year-old man from Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on June 6, 2016, in the Green Meadows neighborhood. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred in the 11800 block of Stanford Avenue.
