It's so difficult to read about the loss of someone so young like David Lemus. I can't stop thinking about how his friends and family must be feeling, trying to come to terms with such a sudden and devastating event. One thing that particularly stands out to me is the role of surveillance footage in cases like these. It seems like it was crucial in identifying Ignacio Sanchez as a suspect. Can you imagine if this technology wasn't available? How much harder it would be to find answers? I know it doesn't bring David back, but knowing the suspect is in custody might at least offer some sense of justice or peace to those who loved him. It's a reminder of how vital every piece of information can be, and why it's so important for anyone who knows something—even the smallest detail—about that night to come forward. Hoping for continued progress in the search for truth.
