Just read about Ruben Reyes Roque's case, and it got me thinking about the vehicle he was in. Who were the people with him when he got shot? It seems so strange that there hasn’t been any description of the shooter or more info from those he was with. Did they not see anything? Or are they too scared to come forward? It’s just so hard to believe no one knows anything about what happened that night. My heart truly goes out to Ruben’s loved ones. I can’t imagine the frustration and sadness they must feel with each passing day that the case remains unsolved. It’s essential for communities to speak up, even if it’s something small—it might be the piece that puts everything else into place. Let's hope someone finds the courage to share what they know.
