I've been following Paul Espinosa's case pretty closely, and something that really stands out to me is the complete lack of eyewitnesses that night. Newburgh Street is residential, so you would think someone might have heard or seen something more than just the gunshots. It's just baffling how nobody seems to have seen anything suspicious or noticed someone fleeing the scene, whether on foot or in a car. Living so close to Azusa, you'd guess it might have more foot traffic, especially late in the evening. It's incredibly frustrating to think this poor family, especially Paul's kids, have to go through life without answers. If anyone in the Citrus area remembers even the smallest detail from that night, it could be crucial. Paul's family deserves to know the truth and to find some semblance of peace from this senseless act.
