Paul Arthur Espinosa, a 30-year-old resident of Citrus, California, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2016. Espinosa was at home with his family when he decided to step outside around 10:58 p.m. Shortly after, his mother heard what she initially thought were firecrackers. However, Espinosa soon re-entered the house, bleeding and asking for help, stating that he had been shot.
