Has anyone else been following the Corey Weaver case? It's so frustrating how so many cases in NOLA stay unsolved. I was looking into it a bit, and while it looks like the New Orleans Police Department is trying hard—using DNA testing and all—there just seems to be so much working against them. I can only imagine how Corey’s family must feel still waiting for justice after all these years. It's concerning how often evidence gets degraded, and without witnesses, it makes it even harder. I just hope someone out there knows something and finds the courage to come forward. This city has such a caring community; perhaps more awareness and involvement could help solve not just Corey’s case but others, too. Thoughts?
I've been following Corey Weaver's case for some time now, and it's so unsettling to think about how many unanswered questions people like his friends and family are left with. I can only imagine the frustration they feel knowing the case hasn’t been solved. Something I've been wondering about is the role that advancements in technology might play in cracking this case. With so many cold cases out there, it’s intriguing to see how forensic tools have grown over the years. We've seen recent breakthroughs in other older cases due to renewed public interest and improved technology. How amazing would it be if someone out there has a key piece of information that could finally bring answers to Corey's loved ones? I truly hope that someone who knows something decides to speak up. Wouldn't it be incredible if all it took was one brave person to step forward to finally get justice for Corey? Thoughts and discussions on this would be appreciated.
Hey everyone,
I've been diving into Corey Weaver's case lately, and one thing that's been on my mind is the role of community tips in moving these cold cases forward. It's clear how crucial this could be, especially considering the challenges the NOPD is facing with all the older cases and evidence not being as strong as it could be. I keep thinking, there might be someone out there with just a tiny piece of info that could crack this wide open. It's got to be incredibly tough for Corey's family and friends to not have any closure. If anyone knows of any community initiatives or ways locals are trying to assist, I'd love to hear about them. Sharing information or encouraging others to speak up can seem small, but as we've seen in other cases, it can make a big difference.
