I can’t stop thinking about Robert Padilla's young kids and the future they’ll face after losing their father. My heart truly goes out to them, having to grow up with such a big absence in their lives. I hope some resolution comes soon for both the family and community. It makes me wonder—how do we as a community rally together better to prevent this kind of senseless violence? I know the LAPD is asking for tips, but maybe there’s something more we can do in our neighborhoods to support families like Robert’s and keep our streets safer. If anyone has ideas on community support or preventive measures, I’d love to hear them.
