Has anyone else looked into the environmental conditions around the Rio Grande, particularly in November? From what I've gathered, the water level and flow rate can change significantly, making crossings even trickier and more dangerous. I wonder if these factors could have played a role in Demetrio's case. It's concerning how many people risk their lives in these conditions, and the lack of concrete answers seems to suggest we're missing something. Thoughts? Has there been any discussion or reports about water safety efforts or patrols in the area during that time?
