Hey everyone,
I've been following the Sergio Minero Escobedo case for a while now and something that's been on my mind is whether anyone has looked into local surveillance footage from businesses or homes around the Mack Road area. It's often surprising how much can be captured on security cameras that people wouldn't think about. Given that the shooting happened in the evening, there might be useful footage around that time showing any unusual activity or vehicles. Even neighborhood traffic cams could have picked up something relevant. I know the Sacramento community was urged to come forward, but I wonder if enough focus has been put on retrieving and analyzing this kind of evidence. It just seems like such a crucial angle when witnesses may not remember everything or feel safe coming forward. Sending thoughts to Sergio's family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. I truly hope they find the answers they need and justice for Sergio soon. If anyone has any thoughts or updates on this aspect, please share.

Did anyone read about how the Sacramento PD utilized the ShotSpotter technology in Sergio Minero Escobedo's case? I find it so intriguing how technology plays a part in modern investigations. It seems like it helped them respond quickly, but it’s frustrating that there haven’t been any significant leads despite that advantage. I can't even imagine what Sergio’s family must be going through – it must be so difficult not having answers. If anyone hears of any updates or breakthroughs from the police, please share. It’s important that we keep discussing this and ensure the case stays alive in public memory.
