I've been following Frank Rivera's case closely and something that's been on my mind is the role of international cooperation in these tragic situations. It's tough to fathom how quickly someone can flee across borders, and how challenging it must be for law enforcement to work on this kind of investigation. The fact that Ochoa-Lara reportedly fled to Mexico complicates matters significantly. It really highlights the need for effective partnerships between the U.S. and other countries to ensure that justice isn't delayed by these hurdles. I can't imagine what Frank's family must be going through, knowing that the person believed responsible is just out of reach. It's a painful reminder of how complex our legal systems are, especially in cases where there's an international element. I'm really hoping that the growing pressure and international cooperation might lead to Ochoa-Lara’s apprehension sooner rather than later. Wishing strength and support to everyone affected by this terrible loss.

Hey all, I've been following Frank Rivera's case closely and I'm struck by how challenging it must be for his family to find peace without justice being served yet. I can't stop thinking about how they handled those days immediately after his shooting, especially knowing that the suspect, Jose Ochoa-Lara, fled to Mexico. It makes me wonder about the cooperation between the U.S. and Mexico in such situations. Does anyone know how successful these extradition processes usually are? I keep hoping for an update that Ochoa-Lara has been apprehended, but I fear the bureaucracy might be slowing things down. This case must be incredibly difficult for Rivera’s family, having to wait and rely on international proceedings to get some sort of resolution. Anyone with insights or similar experiences on cross-border justice? My heart goes out to everyone involved, and I hope they find some closure soon.
