Death by Force

Frank Rivera, a 29-year-old resident of Cerritos, California, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2018. Rivera was shot in the chest in the 14400 block of Ibex Avenue in Norwalk. After being shot, he was driven by a civilian to Coast Plaza Hospital and later transferred to St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, where he succumbed to his injuries.
