Sam Ferguson, a 27-year-old resident of Cerritos, California, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2018, in a car-to-car shooting on the 91 Freeway near Cerritos. Ferguson, who was studying to become a speech pathologist and worked with children with developmental disabilities, was driving home from work when another driver opened fire on his vehicle.
