Has anyone else been following the Donald W. Fagan case? I've been digging into it a bit and I came across something about the area he was last seen in. NE 40th and N. Oak is known for having a lot of foot traffic and people are always coming and going, especially around the businesses. I'm wondering if anyone remembers seeing something out of the ordinary back in April 2016? Maybe it was something that didn't stand out at the time, but looking back, it might be important. I feel like with so many people around, someone must have noticed something. It could lead to a breakthrough in finding out what really happened to him. ?
I've been following Donald W. Fagan's case for a while now, and something that's been bothering me is the lack of witness reports from the area he frequented. NE 40th and N. Oak is a pretty busy spot, especially with the businesses around there. You'd think someone would have seen something out of the ordinary around the time of his disappearance in April 2016. It's as if he just vanished without a trace, which seems strange given how well-known he was in that community. Does anyone else find it curious how there's such a scarcity of details from that day? Maybe someone just hasn't realized that what they saw or heard was significant? I'm really hoping that, with more awareness, someone might recall a piece of information that seemed unimportant at the time.
