I’ve been following the case of C.J. Grisby Jr.’s murder, and something that really stands out to me is the bravery of the family member who tried to step in during the attack. It must have been terrifying to witness something so violent, yet they still tried to intervene or at least defuse the situation. I can’t even imagine what they’ve been going through since that day. Such a tragic situation for C.J.'s family, losing someone in such a horrendous way, and then having to relive it all during the trial. The community's support means a lot in ensuring that justice is served, but it’s hard to find peace when something this devastating occurs. Thoughts are with everyone affected.
