Hi everyone, I noticed this case recently, and it's just so unsettling to see yet another promising life lost to violence. I don't know Earl Jordan personally, but every time I read stories like this, I can't help but think about the family and friends left behind trying to pick up the pieces. It's such a tremendous blow. What really stood out to me here is how quickly the investigation honed in on Alexander Phillips. Kudos to the SFPD for acting on those outstanding warrants, which ultimately led to further developments in the case. It's disturbing to think someone accused of carrying a concealed weapon and having burglary tools could be walking around freely before this. Does anyone else think it's alarming how one person can have so many alarming charges against them? I hope we can prevent even more tragedies with our ongoing conversations about gun control and crime deterrence. Let's remember Earl by seeking change in our communities. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and loved him. Stay safe out there. Looking forward to hearing others' thoughts.
