I've been following the case of Michael Newsome, and something that's been weighing heavily on my mind is the lack of security footage in the area around San Joaquin Street. Nowadays, so many places have cameras, and it makes me wonder if there's any footage out there that could shed light on what happened that night. It's deeply troubling to think about how easy it can be for crucial evidence to slip through the cracks simply due to a lack of surveillance.
If there are any businesses or residences nearby, I hope people check their cameras for anything suspicious from that evening. It might seem like a small detail, but even the slightest piece of information can make a difference. My heart goes out to Michael's family—I can't begin to imagine the pain they're enduring.
