In the late hours of a summer night in Waterbury, Connecticut, the vibrant life of Dennis Santos, a 51-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On August 13, 2022, Santos, the proprietor of the Salsa Tropical Social Club, found himself in the midst of a volatile confrontation in the parking lot of his own establishment on Watertown Avenue.
