Hi everyone, I've been following Antoine Seaton's case for a while now, and it still deeply troubles me that there's been so little movement on it. Every time I think of him, I imagine a young life full of potential, just senselessly cut short. I found myself reflecting on how Antoine was not just a statistic; he was someone’s son, friend, and classmate. NET Charter was known to be a beacon of hope for at-risk youth, offering them a chance to change their lives and futures. It’s devastating that someone with so much ahead could meet such a tragic and unresolved end. I've read that his death, like many others that year, reflects broader systemic problems. I wonder how much more the community could be doing to support the families going through these unimaginable losses. Are there groups or gatherings happening locally that focus on the healing for these families, or even community initiatives that push for real change in policy? Wishing his loved ones the strength to keep pushing for answers. Stay safe, everyone. ?
