Does anyone remember hearing about any unusual activity or sightings around Gandy Beach around March 31, 2018? I just can't shake the feeling that someone must have seen something that day. With Joseph Andrew Phillips being there with his service dog, surely someone remembers them. It's so puzzling how his dog, Trouble, was found all alone the next day, but no sign of Joseph anywhere.
