I've been following Nicholas Lord’s case closely, and I can’t shake this uneasy feeling about the delay in bringing Marler to court. I understand that these legal processes can be slow, but it took over six months after the charges were filed for Marler to finally demand a speedy trial. It's baffling and must be incredibly frustrating for Nicholas’s family and friends who deserve justice for their loved one. Plus, with Marler's history of violent offences, it seems even more imperative that the legal system works promptly and efficiently. It just highlights the need for some kind of reform to ensure timely justice that respects the victims and their families. Anyone else worried about how this delay might affect the case? My heart goes out to those who knew Nicholas. They’re in my thoughts as they continue to navigate through this ordeal.
