Has anyone looked into whether Pedro might have tried to visit any nearby parks or familiar locations? It's often the case that people with certain medical conditions, like his heart issue, might go to places that bring them some comfort or familiarity. Chesapeake has a few parks within walking distance from many places—maybe he was seen by someone there? If anyone's local and can check those areas out or knows people who live nearby, it could be worth a shot. Any ideas on whether there have been organized searches or community efforts focused around those spots? Any help we can offer could make a difference!
