I’ve been following Kevin Prado’s case, and something that's been gnawing at me is the lack of CCTV footage or witness accounts. Torrance Boulevard is such a busy area; surely there must have been people around or cameras that picked up something useful? It pains me to think that Kevin’s family is still seeking answers more than a year after his tragic death.
